At Sipping N' Painting Hampden, we are local and family-owned. More specifically, we are woman-owned! Owner Nancy is supported by her husband Saul and their 3 children, who have other jobs outside of our studio.
All of our artists are accomplished local artists who excel in the local Denver art scene in a variety of mediums, from acrylic, oil and watercolor paintings to multimedia projects to fabric murals to pet portraits to sculpture and jewelry-creating ...and so much more. All of our art is created in-house, meaning you won't find the same painting hanging in your sister's condominium in Toledo or your Aunt's house in Miami. Not only that, but we sell our original art in the studio, too!
Local and family-owned also means profits are not sent out of state to a large corporation. We invest in our local Denver artists and the local Denver art community. We also give back a huge part of our profits to our the Denver area through frequent fundraisers, and in donations to schools and non-profits for their auctions. Local and family-owned means we care about our community, and the people around us, first. Our regular customers mean the world to us! So much so, we have a frequent painter program which brings our neighbors back again and again. All people have to do is tell us when they check-in and we keep track on the computer -- after four paid visits, they will get the 5th class free! We also give our regular customers 20% off any public acrylic class!
