Face It. These are scary times.

We need to take good care of ourselves, now more than ever!  Sound scientific research consistently shows being creativity is good for our health in a multitude of ways, including:

  • Impoves psychological well-being

  • Increases happiness

  • Improves Mental Health

  • Fights depression

  • Boosts your immune system

  • Good for memory and cognition

  • Reduces dementia

At Sipping N' Painting Hampden, we're open every day, 364 days per year (we're closed only on Thanksgiving), so you can come in and paint with us while you drink wine, listen to music, and visit with friends! Whether you want to relax in a quiet Monday- Thursday public acrylic class, or chill in a Saturday morning watercolor class, or focus in a Sunday all-day Bob Ross class, or really just want to enjoy a party atmosphere on Saturday night, we have classes for everyone.  And yes, we have hand sanitizer, too. :-) "Cheers!" Your hosts, Nancy and Saul
